ECS Engineering added Richard Hensel and Chris Cote to its staff. Hensel has nine years of experience in energy management, electrical and controls engineering. He will work on water treatment plants and a sub station project for Boeing. Cote is a controls and instrumentation engineer and will work on Cedar Hills Landfill. Traci La Bree was promoted to marketing coordinator. ECS is a 20-person electrical and control systems engineering company with offices in Bothell and Wenatchee.
